a special gathering for women
honoring what is true and observing our stories
What would happen if you truly asked yourself, "How am I?"
How would it feel to deeply listen for your answer?
What would change if you sat with that response?
How would it feel to deeply listen for your answer?
What would change if you sat with that response?
We come together for the purpose of taking a moment for ourselves with ourselves, to tune inwards and be with what we find; to allow ourselves a chance to shelve the doing and sit with the being; to honor ourselves and each other.
This is a chance to listen, acknowledge, allow, and feel anything within ourselves that desires a voice, that is too long neglected, that may ordinarily be reduced to superficial complaining or scant attention.

It is the present of presence
that you gift yourself and the others in the group.

I will hold the container of sacred space for you as you gently re-member yourself.

The rhythm of the gathering will be to:
For the integrity of the group and to honor one another we will:
- sit quietly with the question, “How am I?”
- share our responses, if you wish, each given equal time
- listen to ourselves and each other without comment, without giving advice, without needing to “fix” anything
- bear witness to one another's truths and practice authentic listening
- have an opportunity once everyone has spoken to sit with our responses and allow ourselves to feel into our words, feelings, states of being
- dialogue about common themes or topics of interest, concern, insight.
For the integrity of the group and to honor one another we will:
- Hold and be held in safe, sacred space
