Meditation is a practice of quieting the mind and connecting to the stillness that lies within. The various techniques of meditation all aim at helping to focus the mind inward, away from the external world and events taking place in it. This brings space to your thoughts and doings, so that you begin to become aware of various levels of consciousness.
The mind itself is the biggest obstacle to experiencing your essential nature. Meditation is a valuable way of training the mind so that you are not distracted by the continual swirling of your thoughts or caught in unconscious action.
Meditation is not about doing. It is the realization that you are, as you connect to the being that underlies all doing, thinking, and concepts. You encounter a deeper sensing of the life that you are, the expression of life that you are.

Individual Meditation Sessions $60 Learn to meditate or deepen your personal practice. Sample different forms of meditation. Try a guided visualization. Begin a practice and come up with a way to integrate it into your life. I will guide you.
Small Group Private Sessions $15 - 30 / person (depending on group size) Gather a group of your friends and come meditate together! I will lead you in meditation and/or a guided visualization. Journal. Practice mindfulness. Set intentions. Manifest desires. However you wish to dream and connect with yourselves, this is the space.
